Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the the leech particle joint EuthyroxPatients with Hashimoto thyroiditis associated with hypothyroidism.Methods:60cases of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis associated with thyroid dysfunctionwere randomly divided into treatment group (30cases) and control group (30cases). Thetreatment group I the leech particles and levothyroxine sodium (Euthyrox), the controlgroup, only to be Euthyrox course of3months, to observe the clinical symptoms, goiter,thyroid function, autoantibodies, lipid changes,for statistical analysis.Results: This study showed that the treatment group and control group with theclinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group;Treatment group andcontrol group of patients with symptoms and signs were improved, the treatment groupimproved more significantly, in particular the degree of goiter; improvement of thyroidfunction, the treatment group than the control group; The two groups of thyroglobulinantibodies and thyroid peroxidase antibody index were lower, compared to a significantdifference before and after the treatment group; the two groups were not obvious adversereactions.Conclusion: The use of leeches particle joint Euthyrox treatment with Hashimoto’sthyroiditis associated with thyroid dysfunction than a simple Euthyrox treatment withbetter efficacy...
