Objective: Explore the osseous structure parameters characteristics of degenerativelumbar spinal stenosis and it is clinical significance. Methods: Randomly collecting51cases of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosispatients as patient group in October2010to April2011, Affiliated to Shandong Universityof Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital spinal orthopedic in-patient and out-patient,38cases of data collected in the normal healthy population as a control group,Lumbar lordosisangle.lumbosacral angle andsacral inclination angle measured on a conventional X-rayphotography.Using the statistical software SPSS17version of the statistical package forstatistical analysis, analysis. The data describes the mean±standard deviation, minimum, maximum, and the scope of said,The sick group combined with the control group, gender, and age were grouped to describe the data.Using Single factor analysis of variance(ANOVA) to test the differences between the different age groups,Using independentsamples t test on the patient group and control group and two groups of male group andfemale group measured values,P<0.05was considered statistically significant differences,P <0.01as very statistically significant difference.Measured values between the patientgroup and control group, independent sample t test and correlation analysis (Pearsoncorrelation analysis). Results: Patient group, lumbar lordosis, lumbosacral angle, sacral inclination angle ofthe average degree of20.29±8.44,29.49±8.49,31.80±7.98.Control group of lumbarlordosis, lumbosacral angle, sacral inclination angle, the average degree of28.16±8.37,34.13±6.51,32.63±7.28.Two sets of each age group, lumbar lordosis, lumbosacralangle, sacral inclination angle between the number of single factor analysis of variance(ANOVA) test, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).2.Lumbar lordosis angle, lumbosacral angle, and sacral inclination angle combined with the age between the twogroups of different gender were independent sample t-test, the patient group and controlgroup, the measured value and age significant difference between men andwomen.3.Patient group and control group, lumbar lordosis, lumbosacral angle, sacralinclination angle combined with age independent sample t-test And correlation analysis(Pearson correlation analysis) respectively. Results show two groups of the sacralinclination angle and age was no significant difference (P>0.05),but Lumbar lordosis andlumbosacral angle, there is a very significant difference (P <0.01).Between two sets ofvarious measurement values were significantly positively correlated, And the patient groupmore than the control group significantly. Conclusion: Degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis in patients with lumbosacralangleand and lumbar lordosis angle Significantly reduced compared with normal, Lumbarlordosis decreases, Lumbar spine becomes into straight, This change will accelerate thedegenerative lumbar spine, and even lead to spinal stenosis.
