The Clinical Research On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescirption Jianpi Xiezhuo In Treatment Of Chronic Gout

Objective: The purpose of this article is to Observation of strengthening spleen andeliminating dampness, Xiezhuo Tongluo therapy in the treatment of primary chronic goutyarthritis clinical efficacy, and discuss its etiology and pathogenesis.Methods:Using arandomized, positive drug control method, we selected60cases of gouty arthritis chronicphlegm syndrome, divided into the experimental group30cases, Jianpi Xiezhuo Recipe toadd allopurinol treatment;30cases in the control group,to allopurinol treatment, wereobserved for6weeks.The uric acid determination of curative effect and syndrome oftraditional Chinese medicine curative effect evaluation criterion, strengthening spleen andeliminating dampness and dredging collaterals method, turbidity on gouty arthritis chronicphase treatment.Results:1.of the two groups before and after treatment of theircomparative, can significantly lower blood uric acid level, the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Comparison between two groups, second,4weeks had no significantdifference(P>0.05);sixth weeks there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05), thetest group was more effective than the control group.2.in TCM symptom score, in twogroups after the treatment of symptom scores have improved,the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between groups,the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05),fourth,6weeks in test group was better than the control group, curativeeffect.Improvement in individual symptoms,two groups after the treatment is effective,statistically significant difference(P<0.05); comparison between two groups, after4weeksof treatment in the experiment group, improve joint pain, joint swelling, lassitude wassuperior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); treatmentafter6weeks in the improvement of joint pain, joint swelling, lassitude, joint activitiesdetrimental to the tongue, is superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Xiezhuo Recipe Combined with allopurinol intreatment of gouty arthritis in chronic period, reduce the level of uric acid in the blood,improve joint pain, joint swelling, joint activities detrimental, lassitude, tongue and TCMsymptoms integral effect is better than that of allopurinol.
