| The development of economy and progress of society chang the environment of today’s organization dramatically, the era that organizations focus only on one stakeholder has gone, currently, organizations are facing a large number of stakeholders, and considering the needs of all stakeholders is a trend in the new era, the Performance Prism——take into account of the importance of all stakeholders in stead of focusing on financial factors, is a performance evaluation method that the field of public health in China worth learning.This paper introduced the Performance Prism into Community health organization, based on the internal construction and actual development of the Community health agencies, combining relevant literature and expert interviews, using the idea of stakeholder-oriented value and subjection measurement, we build a performance evaluation model of Community health organization which oriented by stakeholder value according to the performance indicators derived from the five dimensions of satisfaction〠contributionã€strategiesã€processes and capabilities. The empirical research carried on two different nature of Community health agencies, we surveyed the local residents and administrators of the community agencies, then questionnaire investigations were carried out and detailed analysis that through the software of SPSS and EXCEL were made, which include the description of a outcome of the questionnaireã€validity analysis and reliability analysis, the analysis results proved the credibility and validity of the questionnaire, finally, the performance score of this two Community health agencies were calculated through the dimensionless processing. Then draw the conclusion that the private agencies can bear the social public accuntability effectivlly like the public institutions do according to the research results of medical professionã€public and government levels, and points out that the performance differences between this two institutions are caused by personnel mismanagementã€unsound assessment mechanism〠insufficient propaganda and poor government supervision. Therefore, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of perfecting the internal management mechanismã€straightening out the whole management system〠and enhancing propaganda from the aspects of internal management〠government supervise management and public health consciousness to promote the performance of the organization,and the qualityã€efficiency of the public health service. |
