| Objective:To evaluate the disinfection effect, sterilization influential factors and stability of Granular Oxygen-containing Cleaner for Household with valuable scientific proofs for developing a new environmentally friendly chemical disinfectant.Methods:Neutralizing agent test, Suspension quantitative germicidal method, Affecting factors testing of Granular Oxygen-containing Cleaner for Household, Field simulation experiment, Field experiment and Stability experiment were used to carry out experimental studies Sterilization rate was used to evaluate the disinfection effect. Data describing the disinfection effect was analyzed using SPSS (18.0) software package.Results:(1)In neutralizer appraisal test, there were no bacterial growth in Group1, Group2and Group6, and differential growth less than15%in Group3, Group4and Group5,which suggest effective neutralizer PBS have no harmful influence to culture medium;(2) Suspension quantitative germicidal method,the average sterilization rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to Granular Oxygen-containing Cleaner for Household at the concentration of1.00%for10min,5min are both100.00%;(3) The sterilization effect was stronger with the higher temperature (χ2=11.133, P<0.05), pH value (X2=28.435, P<0.05) and concentration (χ2=39.962, P<0.05). The result of organic interference experiment suggest that the organics had no influence on Granular Oxygen-containing Cleaner for Household at the higher concentration (1.00%);(4) In the Field simulation experiment,1.00%Granular Oxygen-containing Cleaner for Household could kill100.00%Staphylococcus aureus on the tabletop in15min, while0.50%Granular Oxygen-containing Cleaner for Household could kill100.00%Pseudomonas aeruginosa on the tabletop in10min;(5) The field experiment showed the sterilization rate of natural bacteria on the chair, the refrigerator clapboard and family desktop exposed to1.00%Granular Oxygen-containing Cleaner for Household are99.86%,99.49%,99.55%; (6) In the Stability experiment, Granular Oxygen-containing Cleanerfor Household was put in54℃incubator for14d, the reduction rate of the effective ingredient was4.12%.Conclusions:In the Field simulation experiment,1.00%Granular Oxygen-containing Cleaner for Household could kill100.00%Staphylococcus aureus on the tabletop in15min, while0.50%Granular Oxygen-containing Cleaner for Household could kill100.00%Pseudomonas aeruginosa on the tabletop in10min.The performance of Granular Oxygen-containing Cleaner for Household is very stable,at room temprature for at least a year,and the sterilization effect was stronger with the higher temperature, pH value and concentration.The average sterilization rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to Granular Oxygen-containing Cleaner for Household at the concentration of1.00%for10min are both100.00%.1.00%Granular Oxygen-containing Cleaner for Household can be used for the disinfection of chair, desktop and refrigerator clapboard for household and catering trade. |
