The Study On Government Functions Of Rural Medical Security System In China

Rural health care system is the important component of the whole social securitysystem. China’s rural medical security system in the study of government functions isnot only the demand of coordinating urban and rural economic and socialdevelopment but also the demand of comprehensive and comparatively well-offsociety and the construction of socialist harmonious society and the demand of theimplementation of the sustainable development view. This research is not onlybeneficial to the current "3farming " of the problem solve but also relates to thesocial stability and the people’s fundamental interests. So on China’s rural medicalsecurity system in the study of government functions have important real significance.This article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly elaborated thisarticle selected topic background and the significance, introduced the domestic andforeign scholars on the results of research on this topic and the research content andresearch method. The second chapter focuses on China’s rural medical security andgovernment function theory analysis. On the rural medical security system and thebasic principle of government function related principle are described, and the ruralmedical security system the function of the government in the positioning of. Thethird chapter mainly introduces the rural medical security system in China’sgovernment performance status. Based on the review of the development of ruralmedical security system, the new rural medical security system in the governmentperformance and achievements are summarized, and the rural medical security systemof government performance is not completely analyzes the reasons, in order to furtherimprove China’s rural medical security system established to provide directionalguidance.
