Objective:To evaluate the clinical diagnosis of fetal congenital heat diseases through five basic facets of fetal heart scanning mathod by color doppler echocardiography.Methods:Between Sep2011and Apr2012, the five basic facets of fetal heart scanning mathod by color doppler echocardiography was used in856pregnant women with gestational ages ranging between20and26weeks,to observe the correlationship between the scanning results and gestational age, sreen the fetal malformation rate and analyze the best displayed facet simultaneously. The five basic facets:four hear cavity, left ventricular outflow tract, right Ventricular outflow tract in three, vascular and cardiac long-axis view.In children born after a week to two weeks in all neonates by colour Doppler ultrasound heartbeat graph examination.The results of cadaveric dissections, neonatal color Doppler ultrasound heartbeat graph examination and follow-up results with fetal heart by color Doppler ultrasound screening results contrast.Results:Fetal heart siaze and gestational age in each chamber are positively correlated, normal fetal cardiothoracic ratio is about1:3, for right heart advantage. In856cases of fetal screening of hypoplastic left heart syndrome in1cases, complete endocardial cushion defect in2cases,2cases with tetralogy of Fallot, transposition of the great arteries in1cases,8cases of ventricular septal defect, the foramen ovale diameter increases (more than6mm) in3cases. On induction of labor with zombie solution check is illuminated relatively, for normal childbirth fetal neonatal color Doppler ultrasound contrast, screening of missed diagnosis in5cases:Patent foramen ovale in lcases,4cases of ventricular septal defect. Heart five basic sections for fetal congenital heart disease screening each section display rate, A group showed rates of3.51%and2.32% respectively in B group, C group, D group, E2.31%group0.56%compared to1.84%, there was significant difference (P<0.05); B group and C group, E group showed rate comparison, no significant difference (P>0.05); B group and D group displayed rate comparison, there were significant differences (P<0.05); C group and D group display rate comparison, there were significant differences (P<0.05); C group compared with E group, no significant difference (P>0.05); D group compared with E group, there were significant differences (P<0.05). Therefore, the four chamber view showing the highest rate, second left, right ventricular outflow tract, three vessel view showing the lowest rates.Conclusions:1.The scanning results show a positive correlation between each chamber’s inner diameter of fetal heart and gestational age, the four-chamber view, as the dominant detal heart desease scanning method, could be chosen as the screening facet for detal heart desease.2. The standardized five basic facets of fetal heart scanning mathod can screen the fetal heart swiftly, hence reduce the misdiagnosis rate significantly.3.2D color doppler echocardiography offers a convenient and swift screening method for congenital heart disease, makes it possible and reliable to accurately diagnose congenital heart disease at early stage.
