Parkinson’s disease is a one of the neurodegenerative disease of nervous system that is mainly characterized by a apoptosis of doPaminergic neurons in substantia nigra(SN). The main clinical manifestations is Progressive bradykinesia、Muscle stiffness、Resting tremor、Abnormal gait。Currently the anti-oxident therapy is regarded as one of the really effective strategy that to halt the Progression of Parkinson’s disease. So it is will have Significance to Search an anti-oxident method that is Treatment Obvious. Recent years, the acupuncture been definitely because the acupuncture can decrease the Side effects, but the Mechanism of action of acupuncture to treat the Parkinson’s disease is Unclear,so In this study we will observe effects of acupuncture on the oxidative stress in the rat of Parkinson’s disease, To observe the effects of acupuncture on the oxidative stress in the rat of Parkinson’ s disease that abductioned by rotenone. This study is is divided into three parts:(1) To observe the expression of tyrosine hydroxylase in substantia nigra in Parkinson’s disease mice by immunohistochemistry。(2) To observe the the activity of superoxide dismutase in substantia nigra in Parkinson’s disease mice by ultraviolet spectrophotometry; To observe the the activity of glutathione in substantia nigra in Parkinson’s disease mice by ultraviolet spectrophotometry; To observe the the activity of catalase in substantia nigra in Parkinson’s disease mice by ultraviolet spectrophotometry;(3) To observe the the activity of malonaldehyde in substantia nigra in PD mice by ultraviolet spectrophotometry; To observe the the activity of reactive oxygen species in substantia nigra in Parkinson’s disease mice by ultraviolet spectrophotometry; This study select SD rats, The Parkinsonps disease model was established by subcutaneous injection of rotenone. All rats randomly divided into Blank group, model group, electroacupuncture pretreatment group.electroacupuncture treat for one week group, electroacupuncture treat for two weeks group, electroacupuncture treat for three weeks group, electroacupuncture treat for four weeks group. Ten rats in each groupThe main study results are as follows:In the model group, the expression of tyrosine hydroxylase in substantia nigra in Parkinson’s disease mice is lower than Blank group(P<0.05). The TH positive dopamine neurons in substantia nigra in electroacupuncture treat for two weeks group electroacupuncture treat for three weeks group and electroacupuncture treat for four weeks group is significantly increased than the model group(P<0.05). compare with the model group, the electroacupuncture pretreatment group and electroacupuncture treat for one week group have no significant changes (P>0.05)Compare with the Blank group, the superoxide dismutase activity of model group is lower (P<0.05); compare with the model group, the electroacupuncture pretreatment group and electroacupuncture treat for one week group have no significant changes (P>0.05), The electroacupuncture treat for two weeks group, electroacupuncture treat for three weeks group and electroacupuncture treat for four weeks group is significantly increased than the model group(P<0.05)。Compare with the Blank group, the glutathione activity of model group is lower (P<0.05); compare with the model group, the electroacupuncture pretreatment group electroacupuncture treat for one week group electroacupuncture treat for two weeks group electroacupuncture treat for three weeks group have no significant changes (P>0.05), electroacupuncture treat for four weeks group is significantly increased than the model group (P<0.05).Compare with the Blank group, the catalase activity of model group is lower (P<0.05); compare with the model group, the electroacupuncture pretreatment group and electroacupuncture treat for one week group have no significant changes (P>0.05), The electroacupuncture treat for two weeks group, electroacupuncture treat for three weeks group and electroacupuncture treat for four weeks group is significantly increased than the model group (P<0.05)。 compare with the Blank group, the malonaldehyde activity of model group is significantly increased (P<0.05); compare with the model group, The electroacupuncture treat for one week group have no significant changes (P>0.05), the electroacupuncture pretreatment group, electroacupuncture treat for two weeks group、electroacupuncture treat for three weeks group and the electroacupuncture treat for four weeks group is lower than the model group (P<0.05).Compare with the Blank group, the reactive oxygen species activity of model group is significantly increased (P<0.05); compare with the model group, the electroacupuncture pretreatment group、the electroacupuncture treat for one week group、electroacupuncture treat for two weeks group have no significant changes (P>0.05), the electroacupuncture treat for three weeks group and the electroacupuncture treat for four weeks group is lower than the model group (P<0.05)Conclusion:The acupuncture can obviously increase the rat’ s resistance of oxidative stress.
