Objective: to study the urine kidney injury molecules-1(KIM-1), neutrophilsgelatinases–associated lipocalin (NGAL), serum creatinine (Scr) in adult heart surgeryobservation and acute kidney injury (AKI) of the relationship. Methods: the data ofhealthy crowd and done heart surgery with blood and urine samples, collect heart surgerypatients before and after surgery24h,48h,72h blood and urine samples, eventuallyselected acute kidney injury (AKI) patients34cases, the group of patients with AKI31patients were observed in patients with two groups of preoperative,24h after,48h,72htwo biological markers and the dynamic changes of the Scr. The logistic regressionmodel evaluation markers and combined application to AKI alone early diagnosisaccuracy. Results:65cases of patients with heart disease and20cases of healthycontrols, heart surgery patients blood, urine NGAL Scr, urine KIM-1level weresignificantly higher than that of health in control group (P<0.001). AKI group and thegroup began24h urine AKI NGAL urine, KIM-1level (P<0.001), the others each timepoints compared with the preoperative no statistical significance;AKI in heart surgery ofdifferent time points of urine, urine NGAL KIM-1, Scr value were significantly higherthan that of the AKI group (P<0.01);Statistics that: in the24h urine NGAL timepoints, urine KIM-1for the diagnosis of AKI the accuracy of the gold standard patientswith the Scr difference have no sense of statistics (>0.05). Conclusion:1) surgery stressstimulator outside of kidney tissue damage, may further caused the occurrence of AKI;2)accept extracorporeal circulation cardiac surgery patients who underwent the adultsappear high incidence AKI;3) postoperative24h time points for traditional diagnosisstandard Scr and early biological markers NGAL urine, urine KIM-1are also have adiagnosis AKI the value of accuracy.
