Objective:Compare two post-processing softwares, Premium view and Tissueequalization provided by GE Senographe DS system. To evaluate the application value ofthe two methods in the diagnosis of breast cancer in Full-Field Digital Mammography(FFDM). Methods:From January,2010to December,98cases were examined using(FFDM) check, and confirmed by pathology among them for the72patients with breastcancer. at the age of30-65years between,(average age47.5years) of the image data,Bythe two working time are in20years of physicians obtained image in the PACS withdouble-blind evaluation, With the results of the two groups of preoperative diagnosis andpathological controls, compared the sensitivity, specificity.and positive predictive valuewith PV/TE in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Evaluation of two post-processing methodsto the influence of the diagnosis of breast cancer in (FFDM). Results:the sensitivity,specificity.and Positive predictive value with PV/TE alone in the diagnosis of breastcancer respectively were58%vs53%、62%vs54%、81%vs76%.78%,85%,93%forcombined application respectively.(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the (FFDM),(PV/TE) eachhas an advantage, combined application can help improve accuracy in the diagnosis ofbreast cancer.
