| Objective:This study was conducted to develop a new Human papillomavirus(HPV)genotyping technique, the surface plasma resonance(SPR) biosensorand, and combinedTCT to evaluate its clinical efficacy. Methods:There are1026women selected fromxinjiang medical university outpatient department gynecology clinic taken TCT and HPVtest, women who got positive results will refer colposcopic biopsies,by standardizing onpathological findings. Results: TCT examination was positive in108cases, HPV waspositive in138patients, TCT check the positive is ASCUS63case (6.1%);LSIL24case(2.3%);HSIL20case(1.95%);SCC1case(0.1%);the results of HPV positive CIN41case(29.8%), CINII38case(27.5%), CINIII41case(29.8%), cervical carcinoma3case(2.2%).121case of patient has infection high-risk HPV which up to a single HPV16infection, followed by HPV18. In pathological as the gold standard, Thesensitivity, specificity, positive-predictive value and negative-predictive value of SPR andTCT biosensor for detecting cases of cervical precancerous was89.1%ã€75.9%,27.8%ã€13.8%,61.2%ã€41.2%,and66.7%ã€42.2%respectively.The clinical efficacy of the SPRbiosensorwas analyzed1.Results:There was an excellent agreement between SPRbiosensor and TCT.The Kappa value was0.373.Conclusion:The SPR biosensor couldprovide useful information of HPV genotype and showed high sensitivity andnegative-predictive value.it help to improve the positive rate of TCT examination. It wouldp lay important roles in the diagnosis and large-scaleepidemiological studies of cervicallesions. |
