| Objective:This study aimed to observe and investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the lifting cases of gas treatment of coronary heart disease QDBS heart failure,and provide a new treatments method for TCM clinical treatment of cononary heart.Methods:This study was prospective randomized controlled trial. Collected from Hunan Medical University Second Affiliated Hospital of Medicine2011.5-2012.1cardiovascular medicine inpatient diagnosis of chronic heart failure,the Chinese dialectical QDBS the42patients. Set up a control group of20cases treated with conventional Western medicine anti-heart failure treatment;trentment group (22cases) to be the Chinese herbal formula(I trap decoction and Ling Gui Zhu Decoction) with routine western medicine;TCM syndrome score after taking two weeks after treatment were observed,the efficacy of heart failure symptoms BNP and LVEF,Lee’s heart failure score of impact.Results:Groups after treatment significantly improve heart function in patients, the treatment group overall response rate was90.47%,85.71%total efficacy considerable. TCM syndrome score in both groups after treatment, the efficacy of heart faiure symptoms, heart failure of BNP, LVEF, Lee’s points,the quality of life then before treatment improved significantly (p﹤0.05); TCM syndrome score of the treatment group, symptoms heart failure efficacy.of BNP, LVEF, Lee’s heart failure points,the quality of life then the control group iprove(p﹤0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice indicate that the use of Chinese medicine by lifting cases of gas combined with western medicine conventional treatment of coronary heart disease due to conventional heart failure qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can significantly improve the patients in LVEF,reduce the points of Lee’s heart failure,to improve the TCM Syndrome and reduce the TCM symptom score,improve the quality of life worth further exploration research. |
