Objective.To research the traditional Chinese medicine hu luan tang on GnRHa+HCG+HMG hyper ovulation in rat endometrial pinopodes development, expression and serum P level change, observed in different periods of development of pinopodes and serum P level correlation between observation of implantation window changes, and according to the above research results, analysis and guard hu luan tang on hyper Ovulation in rats with pregnancy outcome, thus research hu luan tang that impacted on COH after rat endometrium, then clearly Chinese medicine decoction improving COH guard the hu luan tang after endometrial receptivity to sites of action and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine, clinical adjuvant treatment of IVF-ET, improve the pregnancy rate and provide a theoretical basis.Method:All experimental rats were randomized into3groups, The model group, Chinese medicine group and the normal group. The former two groups were given intraperitoneal injection of Alarelin, Till the9th day, HMG was injected to the former two groups, HCG was injected after48hours, and all rats were mated into cages at ratio of2:1of female to male. The rats which were discovered with vaginal plugs the next day was marked as first-day pregnancy(pd1). Then all rats were executed by neck break in batches, at48hours after HCG(pd2) injection and on the fifth day of pregnancy, venous blood were withdrawn. For normal group, the rats were given both intragastric administration and intraperitoneal injection of saline, and were executed in batches48hours after ovulation and on fifth day of pregnancy, venous blood were withdrawn as well.Results:1. The model group, Chinese medicine group and the normal group rat endometrial surface pinopodes as the implantation window phase moving and pregnancy time changes, the implantation window phase of the movement in the pinopodes development change circumstance and as gestation time pinopodes change and development of the general agreement. The development mode for the development of early, mid development, full development, degeneration and atrophy of complete degradation of pinopodes. The traditional Chinese medicine group, model group pinopodes than normal group model group appear in advance or development, the earliest found pinopodes, and developmental asynchrony, marking the implantation window phase after COH advancement, prompting endometrial hypoplasia synchronization. The traditional Chinese medicine group pinopodes appearance than the model group and normal group delay, the development of similar, but slightly earlier than the normal group, showed that the implantation window phase occurs after the shift, the pinopodes and development of improved. 2.The model group, Chinese medicine group and normal groups’rats of serum P levels changes with pregnancy time on pd2and pd5.The model group and Chinese medicine groups’P values were higher than those in the normal group on pd2(P<0.01), there were significant differences; model group and Chinese traditional medicine group, which P value increased ahead, and the P value must be higher than the Chinese medicine group (P<0.01), there were significant differences. Chinese medicine groups’P value were higher than those in the model group and normal group on Pd5(P<0.01), there were significant differences; model group compared with normal group, the P value is higher than its in normal group (P<0.01), there is a significant differences.P value of traditional Chinese medicine group on Pd5were higher than those on pd2(P<0.01), there is significant difference, model group on Pd5, P value was slightly higher than its on pd2, but the P>0.05, showed no statistical significance. Correlation analysis:pinopodes and serum P’s development changes is positively correlated to the peak.3. Chinese medicine group and model group which pregnancy rate were lower than the normal group on pd12, the Chinese medicine group compared with the model group, the pregnancy rate was increased, compared with the normal group, the pregnancy rate slightly lower, because of the total example number is too small, average number of embryos has not statistically significant. Conclusion:Using COH drug can cause serum P increased abnormally, leading to endometrial implantation window open ahead of schedule, so the development of uterine endometrium can not get synchronization with the development of embryo,then reducing the endometrial receptivity, which is the main reasons for the result of higher oocyte retrieval rate and lower pregnancy rate in IVF-ET. In this experiment, we could observe the traditional Chinese medicine huluan tang can effectively delay the pinopodes advance development, make the window of implantation moving back, and regulation of hormone levels, so that the development of uterine endometrium can get synchronization with the development of embryo, thus improving the endometrial receptivity, and improves the pregnancy rate of IVF-ET, the experiment prove that the traditional Chinese medicine of huluan tang has got better effect on IVF-ET.
