| Purpose:To study the clinical effect of therapy for low anal fistula with biomaterial pathes in repairing the internal orifice and in filling the fistula of anal fisula, and try to find a new surgical procedure in a case of ensuring the efficacy of less sphincter damage, and accumulate clinical data for minimally invasive surgery of the anal fistula.Method:Select24cases of anal fistula patients met the inclusion criteria, and divide them into test group group and control group in random. There are12patients in test group and12patients in control group. The therapy group is treated with the biomaterial patches method and the control group with incision surgery. According to the test plan, two groups of patients with12days the comparator treatment observation, and were followed up three months to half a year. Two groups of patients were recorded the postoperative complications. Then we can rate according to the observed index score. Using these statistic data, we can observe the differences between the two groups about the curative effects, wound healing time, the recurrence rate, anus function, the postoperative complications and so on.Result:No difference in curative effectã€anal functionã€relapse rate between the two groups(P>0.05).there is a significant difference in the degree of the painfulness after3days,6days of the operation, and in the quantity of the secretion (P<0.05)after3days,6days,9days of the operation. In the postoperative wound area, scar formation, the test group is better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The study indicates that the biomaterial patches method is not superior to the control group in the cure rate, relapse rate. But the study is dominant in the function of the anal sphincter and the degree of the painfulness. But ensure the treatment effect at the same time, the study to alleviate pain in patients, narrow wounds, and reduce postoperative anal canal defect has significant advantages. It has certain clinical value. |
