There are many chemical substances in Sophora alopecuroidesL.,such as alkaloidsã€flavonoidsã€organic acidsã€protein etc and the main active component isalkaloids,which have antitumorã€antivirusã€antiinfla-mmatoryã€antibiosis and so on ofpharmacological activities,are widely used in various industries.The most important alkaloidsare matrine and oxymatrine,whose extration and purification technologyã€bacteriostatic actionand composite salt were studied systematically in this paper,which have certain scientificresearch value and practical application value and the conclusions are as follows.1.The optimal extration technology and parameters of the total Alkaloids of Kudouziwere established,which were reliable and stable by the repetitive experiment. Under the bestconditons,the purity of the total Alkaloids of Kudouzi was11.47%and the yield was about2.56%.2. The optimal purification technology and parameters of the total Alkaloids of Kudouziwere established,which were reliable and stable by the repetitive experiment. Under the bestconditons,the purity of the total Alkaloids of Kudouzi was28.98%and the yield was about1.73%. The main chemical compositions of the total Alkaloids of Kudouzi which areoxymatrine and N-oxide-lehmanninea were determined by High Performance LiquidChromatography(HPLC) and the content rate of which was2:3,and the single crystalN-oxide-lehmanninea was obtained.3.The optimal synthesis conditions of matrine which was obtained by deoxidating withthe purified total Alkaloids of Kudouzi were established, which were reliable and stable bythe repetitive experiment. The yield of matrine was25.63%.4.The technological process of matrine and oxymatrine was determined,whosequalitative and quantitative analysis were tested by Infrared Spectroscopy(IR) and HighPerformance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC).The purity of matrine and oxymatrinerespectively were more than90%and98%by HPLC and the yield were about0.128%and0.07%.5. The bacteriostatic actions of the different polarity solvent components and monomercompounds and the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) of monomer compounds werestudied.The results show that the main antimicrobial components of Kudouzi arealkaloids,and the bacteriostatic effect of matrine is better than oxymatrine.6. The synthesis conditions of matrine-baicalin and oxymatrine-baicalin were established.The physical and chemical properties and spectroscopic characterization of thecomposite salts were studied,which preliminarily proved that the composite salts weresynthesized successfully.
