Purpose: Clinical observation tranquilize mind acupuncture treatment of insomnia fire Yin deficiency of effectiveness.Method: Select changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital acupuncture clinic meet the conditions of the60patients with an example, and according to the principle of divided into the treatment group30cases by the tranquilize mind acupuncture;30cases take zao ren an shen capsule. Use insomnia (Yin deficiency fire) syndrome symptoms score standard, Pittsburgh sleep quality index rating scale (PSQI), depression self rating scale (SDS), polysomnography figure monitoring inspection (PSG). observetion compared to two groups of patients before and after curative effect change. Two groups to1week for one period of treatment, all treatment4weeks.Result: Two groups after treatment results were compared, the total effective rate of the treatment group were93.33%and the total effective rate was73.33%, the Two groups Yin deficiency symptoms, Pittsburgh fire sleep quality index (PSQI), depression self rating scale (SDS), polysomnography check (SPG) figure monitoring results contrast, two group total effectiveness after statistics analysis significant difference (p <0.01), the sleep quality, depression, sleep in the process, and sleep structure, the curative effect of treatment group was better than control.Conclusion: Tranquilize mind can effectively improve the deficiency of the stitches fire type insomnia patients of traditional Chinese medical syndrome, the sleep quality, depression, sleep process and structure. The acupuncture no adverse side effects and, remarkable curative effect, safe and reliable, and clinical promotion.
