| Objective:To assess the value of FFDM and localized biopsy in the detection of non-palpable breast lesionsï¼›Retrospective analysis the features of FFDM andpathological findings, investigate the diagnostic value of early breast cancer.Methods:147cases of nonpalpable breast lesions underwent wire-localization biopsyby FFDM,and confirmed by surgery and pathology. Characteristics ofFFDM were analyzed to explore the value of FFDM and localized biopsysystem in diagnosing NPBL,and to contrast finds between benign andmalignant tumors. The involved data was analyzed using statistics softwareof SPSS17.0.Results:1. Positioning results:of the147cases151departments of lesions,149weresuccessfully located and2departed to be located, satisfaction rate was98.6%.146cases of all were excised completely.2. Pathology and diagnosis results:of all the cases, including40cases ofbreast carcinoma,111cases of benign tumor...3. FFDM results: The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictivevalue and negative predictive value of NPBL for FFDM were72.2%ã€90%ã€65.8%ã€48.6%ã€94.8%.The calcifications, mass, focal dense and structuraldistortion were common in X-ray findings. The shape, density and marginalof calcifications and masses had stastistical meanings between breastcarcinoma and benign tumor (P<0.01,P<0.05, respectively).4. Calcifications were common in DCIS and IDC, while simple calcificationbetween them had stastistical meanings (P<0.05). Conclusion:1.Wire-localization biopsy by FFDM could localize the lesionaccurately, with slight wound and could be operated easily. It plays animportant role of localization and qualitative determination in thediagnosis of nonpalpable breast lesions.2. FFDM and localized system has great values for breast cancer in earlydetection, early diagnosis and early treatment. |
