A Clinical Observation On Treating Primary Osteoporosis By Taking Xianlinggubao And Fusamax

Objective：To explore the application of Xianlinggubao capsule, Caltrate D600Fosamax tablet, a combination of three drugs in the treatment of primary osteoporosisclinical efficacy and safety.Method：Two affiliated hospital outpatient and inpatient department was diagnosedwith primary osteoporosis patients84cases, were randomly divided into treatmentgroup and control group with42cases in each group, two groups were taking calcium,D600,1/day.The control group plus Fosamax70mg/week, once/week; thetreatment group in the control group treated with clothing Xianlinggubao capsule,6/day, taking three hours, a course of6months.After12months of treatment wereobserved in two groups.Results：1）、The two group12months after clinical results: treatment group total effectivenessis92.86%, the total efficiency of76.19%for the control group, treatment group isobviously better than the control group.2)、 treatment for6months and12months after the measurement of the bone densitychanges:6months after the treatment, the treatment group and the control group,difference is not obvious (P>0.05); after12months of treatment difference isobvious (P <0.05), the treatment group than in the control group can increase bonedensity, and increased with the prolongation of treatment time in treatment group isbetter.3)、 in two groups before treatment,serum alkaline phosphatase was nodifferences(p>0.05);12months after treatment between the two groups hadsignifcant difference (p<0.05),the treatment group decreased more obviously.4)、 in two groups before treatment,serum alkaline phosphatase was nodifferences(p>0.05);12months after treatment between the two groups hadsignifcant difference (p<0.05), the treatment group inproved more obviously..5)、Group therapy in addition to2people with constipation and treated symptomatic improvement, the remaining two has no obvious adverse reaction (P>0.05).Conclusion： In medicine (Gail, D600, Fosamax) based on treatment combined withtraditional Chinese medicine (Xianlinggubao capsule) to the treatment of primaryosteoporosis is more superiority, is worthy of popularization in clinical treatment.
