The Retrospective Sequence Research Of5Years Between Medication And Interventional Therapy In Diabetes With Coronary Heart Disease

objective: to explore the difference of treatment effect of medicationand cardiac interventional therapy on type2diabetes with CHD in aretrospective study.Methods: review and analysis of cases of type2diabetes with CHDin Chongqing ZhongShan hospital from2001-2005.the total cases were148,including68cases in medication group,80in interventional therapygroup. select death,myocardial infarction(MI), angina, hospitalization timebecause of CAD, heart failure as the observing indexes. Evaluate theprognosis between two groups with5years of follow up.Results: the clinical events （angina, hospitalization time because ofCAD, arrhythmia）in the interventional therapy group were significantless than the medical group (p<0.05).conclusions: the prognosis of the interventional therapy treatmentshowed benefit as compared with the medication in patients with type2 diabetes with CHD.
