| Object:To evaluate the efficacy of transanal endorectal pull-throughcolorectal resection and oblique anastomosis for Hirschsprung’s disease.Methods:There are105patients with rectosigmoid HD were receivedthis surgery in our general surgical department from December,2007toMarch,2011,follow-up and calculate the fetal incontinence clinical scoreaccording to the pediatric surgery of Chinese Medical Association, evaluatethe post-operative effectiveness.Results:This transanal surgery was successfully completed in all of the105cases, There are60cases have been followed-up for6months to40months,The results as follows:1. General condition: None of the patients sufferred the short-termcomplications such as anastomotic leak or anastomotic rupture or woundinfection;2. The metaphase followed-up: There are no death, no abdominaldistension or constipation relapse, no one sufferred the neurogenic bladder dysfunction or anal stricture,etc. All of the cases have the awareness ofdefecation,55cases have normal defecate. There are52boys and all ofthem can have an erection.28cases received rectoanal manometry, only fourexist RAIR, All the children have no maldevelopment or malnutrition;3. Main complications: Slight soiling was noted in5patients and4patients sufferred the enterocolitis;4. Anal function evaluation: Fetal incontinence clinical score:excellent(5~6points):58cases;fine(3~4points):2cases;bad(0~2points):0case. Excellence rate is100%.Conclusion: The patients who received transanal endorectalpull-through colorectal resection and oblique anastomosis can acquire goodBowel Function,This is a better surgery for Hirschsprung’s disease compareto Torre procedure. |
