Objective:this study had tested the expressions about FAP in theOSCC,and analyse the FAP’role in the mouth squamous cell carcinomaoccurrence, development,invasion and metastasis. And then analyse thecorrelation of the fap and the OSCC, prognostic, gene targeting therapy toprovide the theory basis.Methods: collected60cases had oral squamous cell carcinomapatients between the2007.1~2010.12between in The second affiliatedhospital of Chongqing medical university and the affiliated hospital ofstomatology, chongqing medical university,take their oral squamousepithelium as the team group, take this patients cancer cell and tissuesamples for comparison group1, and select the physical examination of the20cases as the comparison group2, application the immunohistochemicalS-P detection fibroblasts activated protein expression..Calculation of oralcancer tissue squamous cell carcinoma cells into fiber activated proteinpositive expression and clinical pathology of the relationship between theparameters, the statistical analysis. Results:The expressions of Fibroblasts activated protein in the mouthsquamous cell carcinoma had for48.3%(29/60), significantly higher thancancer tissue adjacent to10%(6/60) and normal tissue5%(1/60),P<0.05.Inthe60cases that was the normal, squamous epithelial tissue is oralexpression or weak don’t express, only1cases had positive expression,accounting for percentage is1.55%;.Fibroblasts activated protein in the mouth squamous cell carcinoma Ⅲperiod is significantly higher than the expression Ⅰ~Ⅱ period theexpression, P <0.05.The expression of middle-late cancer significantlyhigher than the cancer early, P <0.05.lymph node metastasis is significantly higher than patients withoutlymph node metastasis of the patients, P <0.05. And the gender, age,pathology classification no significant difference of the expression, P>0.05.Conclusion: fibroblasts activated protein in the mouth squamous cellcarcinoma of the express significant riseing, may be one of theprecipitating factor in the oral cancer, fibroblasts activated proteinexpression had a lot of and related and the nature of oral cancer staging,cancer clinical TNM differentiation degree and the lymph node metastasis.
