Objective: Taking the private hospital in Chongqing as the researchobject, and through the depth survey analysis to understand the currentsituation of human resource management and the effect factors. meanwhile,doing some countermeasure analysis.Methods:1、the literature research and data analysis: mainly study alarge number of literature, and collect relevant policy document material.2、quantitative research: strictly according to the statistical methods to designquestionnaire to investigate the human resource status and influence factorsof the private hospital in Chongqing, the results are conducted throughexploratory factor analysis and verification factor analysis, and inspect thereliability and validity of the designed questionnaire.3、qualitative research:mainly to depth interview the management relevant person in charge of thehuman resource management and consult the experts studied in this field,then rapid record to the detailed results.4、On-the-spot investigation: keyresearch a bone disease specialist private hospital located in YuBei district, and to sum up its experience.Results:1、the literature in recent years research found that the existingmain problems of the private hospital human resource management are asfollows: education level is not high; Post responsibility is not clear; lack ofoverall development strategy; performance management is not science, etc.2、after investigating the basic medical staff about the identities of humanresources management, through the self-designed questionnaire, through theexploratory factor analysis we have reconstructed six dimensions:performance evaluation, income and professional ascension, training and theinstitution, personal development, praised and recognition, professionalidentity, this six dimensions basically can cover the features of the humanresource management in Chongqing private hospitals.3、 through theinterviews to the top leaders of the private hospital, the bottleneck of humanresource management mainly has: the talent liquidity bigger; unreasonablestaff structure; the single channel of introducing talents; the lack oflong-term planning of training.Conclusion: the new medical reform program has encouraged privatecapital to hold nonprofit hospitals, and it has brought new opportunities andchallenges, so the private hospitals need to speed up the optimization of theinternal human resource allocation and management, in order to improve thecore competitive power of them. And here are several suggestions toimprove the human resource management and the development level: to establish scientific and effective talent introduction mechanism; to increasethe full range of talents cultivation; to specialize the human resourcesdevelopment and the construction; to construct talent team in the long run.
