The Clinical Study Of Diabetic Foot Under Early-Stage Amputation Combined With External Therapy With Herbal Medicine

Objective:To observe the cytokines’change of local tissue of diabetic foot under early-stage amputation combined with external therapy with herbal medicine during the treatment.From combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine angle surgery, clarify the clinical therapy advantage of diabetic foot under early-stage amputation combined with external therapy with herbal medicine.We also try to explain the advantage of reducing the plane of amputation and explore the mechanism of external therapy.Methods:We divided45cases of serious diabetic foot patients into three groups randomly from Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine hospital affiliated first’s outpatient service and the inpatient department with each group accommodating15cases.Before treatment,each group were cured with lowering blood suger,lowering blood fat, fighting infection and expand blood vessels.The treatment group was given with early-stage amputation combined with external therapy with herbal medicine ointment regularly, the control group1was given early-stage amputation and external therapy with Ethacridine Lactate, the control group2was given high amputation and surgical changing dressings regularly. We compared and analyzed the three groups on the situation of content of VEGF,3-NT,ET,NO cytokines’change of local tissue in intraoperative time, postoperative48hours,one week after surgery,two weeks after surgery.We try to clarify the predominance of early-stage amputation combined with external therapy with herbal medicine by relativity research.Results:By comparison:①The treatment group has obviously improve the cytokines level of VEGF and NO and reduce the level of ET and3-NT in local tissue.②Early-stage amputation combined with external therapy with herbal medicine can reducing the plane of amputation evidently and lessen the pain of the sufferer.③External therapy with herbal medicine can influent cytokines content in local tissue,and it can promote the healing of wound.Conclusion:Early-stage amputation combined with external therapy with herbal medicine cure serious diabetic foot save lives of diabetic foot patients, accelerate the healing of the wound surface and reducing the plane of amputation.This is a notable curative effect and innovative treatment.
