Purpose:Observation of Kuijieling No III in treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type diarrhea (diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome) clinical efficacy, and from the theory and clinical research two respects to discuss.Method:According to a randomized, controlled study principle will conform to the standard of60patients, randomly divided into the treatment group30cases,30cases of the control group. The treatment group was treated with Kuijieling Decoction of Noâ…¢,100ml each time,3times a day; the control group was treated with maleic acid Qumei cloth statin capsules,1capsules each time,3times a day. These two groups were continuously observed for3weeks (1courses), treated during two groups were no longer use other medications to treat it. The two groups were observed before and after treatment the clinical symptom scores, efficiency, and carries on the contrast analysis.Result:Treatment for seventh days in two groups were observed in clinical symptom, efficiency, respectively, compared with before treatment had a significant difference (P<0.05), two groups of comparison between groups were significantly different (P>0.05). That compared with before treatment, two groups have onset, symptoms in the treatment group significantly ease the symptoms, control group did not get alleviating apparently, and the curative effect in treatment group was slightly better than that of control group; for fourteenth days to observe two groups of clinical symptom, efficiency, respectively, compared with before treatment had a significant difference (P<0.05), two group comparison between groups were significantly different (P<0.05).
