Clinical Study Of Safflower Yellow Injection In Treatment Of Patient With Coronary Heart Disease And Angina Pectori (Heart-Blood Stagnation Syndrome)

Objective:With angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(heart-blood stagnation syndrome) patients as research object, through the evaluation of safflor yellow injection in efficacy and safety, it provide objective basis for phase IV clinical studies.Methods:The40stable angina p-ectoris patients were given Safflower Yellow Injecti-on80mg,iv, each day.The treatment duration was two weeks. We observed before treatment, after Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom change and nitroglycerin use.Results:40patients were enrolled in the treatment group and one of them unfinished t-he experiment. After treatment,TCM syndrome score, chest pain, chest stuff and palpitation significantly decrease compared with that before treatment (P<0.05), the total efficiency of97.44%. On the use of nitrogly-cerin in33patients undergoing comprehensive evaluation, the results showed after treatment with nitroglycerin consumption significantly decreased compared with those before treatme-nt(P<0.05), of which10patients were completely stopped,18patients have been reduced, there are still5patients per week is still taking the same of nitroglycerin, nitroglycerin was stopped by as of84.85%.Safety items show no obvious difference before and after treatment. We have statisticsed the blood, urine, stool routine and liver function, kidney function data. The results showed there were no abnormal.Conclusions:1. For the patient who is diagnosed Stable angina pectoris and with blood stasis in heart syndrome, Safflower Yellow Injection can obviously relieve chest stuff and palpita-tion;2. Application of safflower yellow injection in a certain extent can reduce the consumption of nitroglycerin;...
