The Changes Of N-terminal Pro-brain Natriuretic Peptide, High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein And Uric Acid In Uygur Nationality Elderly Patients With Chronic Heart Failure And Their Clinical Significance

0bjective To explore the changes of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)、high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)、uric acid in Uygurnationality elder patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and their clinicalsignificance.Methods A total of130Uygur nationality elderly patients with CHF were divided into2groups according to the LVEF(HFNEF≥45％,n=66;HFREF2<45％,n=64)or the NewYork Heart Association(NYHA Ⅱ, n=41; Ⅲ,n=47;IV,n=42)criteria.Thirty Uygurnationality elder patients with cardiovascular disease and without CHF served ascontrols Routine examinations including serum NT-proBNP(electrochemiluminescence immunoassay on Elecsys2010) were made on the nextmorning after admission;echocardiography was performed On the third day afteradmission. LVEDD,LA,LVEF,E/A were measured. To analyse difference ofNT-proBNP,hs-CRP, uric acid level in each group and the relationship of betweenNT-proBNP and the above monitoring indicators.Results In the groups according to the LVEF, the levels of serum hs-CRP andNT-proBNP significantly higher in patients with HFNEF or HFREF than in controls(P<0.01). With the decreasing of LVEF, LVEDD increased(P<0.05); In the groupsaccording to the NYHA functional classes, With the increasing of NYHA functionalclasses， NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels increased(P<0.01).There were positivecorrelations between serum NT-proBNP and hs-CRP, uric acid,LVEDD,LAD,E/A and negative correlation between serum NT-proBNP and LVEF in CHF group;There werepositive correlations between hs-CRP, uric acid and LVEDD,LAD,E/A and negativecorrelation between hs-CRP,uric acid and LVEF in CHF group．Conclusion(1) With NYHA grade of heart function increased, NT-proBNP hs-CRP, uric acid inUygur nationality elderly patients with chronic heart failure increased, butcomparison of uric acid in NYHA II group and control group is not significantdifference.(2) NT-proBNP, hs-CRP and echocardiography indexes have obvious correlation inUygur nationality elderly patients with chronic heart failure, with LVEF reducedand LVEDD,LAD increased, NT-proBNP, hs-CRP and uric acid levels increasedgradually, to a certain extent, they can be very good response to left ventricularfunction.(3) Although the NT-proBNP did not completely replace echocardiography examination, but in theearly diagnosis of heart failure has certain reference significance(4) Comparison of NT-proBNP, hs-CRP, uric acid level in different race still need to befurther research.
