| Objective:To evaluate the influence of tiao xin yin treatment of diabetic cardiacautonomic neuropathy in patients with heart rate variability.Methods:80patients ofdiabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy were randomly divided into experimental group(n=40) and control group (n=40),both groups were given basic treatment of diet control,exercise therapy and taking Glucophage.The experimental group were treated with tiao xinyin while the control group were treated with Methycobal.Course of treatment was2months.Clinical symptoms,blood lipids,blood glucose and heat rate variability wereobserved before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of theexperimental group was85%while the control group was62.5%,the difference wasstatically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Tiao xin yin treatment of diabetic cardiacautonomic neuropathy has significant effect and can improve heart rate variability. |
