Investigatation Of The Relationship Between TCM Syndrome Type And Laboratory Indexes And Disease Activity With Systemic Lupuseryth Ematosus

Objective:To investigate the relationship between TCM syndrome type and age,sex,course of disease,laboratory indexes,the activity of disease with systemie lupuserythematosus in order to determine the prognosis of systemic luPuseryth ematosus to providean effective basis.Methods：One hundred and fortynine Patients with systemic luPuseryth ematosuselinical research were devided into five types: type1rheumatic fever syndrome，type2excessive noxious heat syndrome，type3yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome,type4yang deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome,type5yin deficiency of liver and kidneysyndrome. Construction of full name, sex, age, course of disease, type of TCM,laboratoryindexes,the activity of disease score. Finall we can analysis the relationship between themand the type of TCM.Results:1.The sex in each types were not markedly different(p>0.05). The age,course of disease in each types were markedly different(p<0.05).2.WBC, ESR,C3,IgG,UProand24hPro and ds-DNA inrelated types were markedly different(P<0.05).But Hb,PLT,ANA, Sm,AnuA,rRNP,SSA,andSSB were not markedly different(p>0.05).3.Differentdisease activity degree of disease in each types were markedly different (p<0.05). Thecases are mainly to mild activity in rheumatic fever syndrome and yin deficiency andinternal heat syndrome. With a different degree of disease activity in the number of casesbetween the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Toxic heat flourishing cardsubstantially without activity in the few cases.
