Objective:provide reliable clinical and experimental data for inside and outside surgical approach go with the traditional Chinese medicine lotion to curing the complex tibial plateau fracture.Methods:the42cases which meet inclusion criteria of complex tibial plateau fracture,are from patients hospitalized in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September2009to November2010.Through retrospective investigation, overview42patients who suffer Schatzker Ⅴ、Ⅵ tibial plateau fractures were randomly divided into2groups underwent inside and outside surgical approach and double steel plate.And in after operation observation curative effect,Statistical analyzing and summarizing the result,To compared the documents records,Objective evaluation of its therapeutic efficacy.wound healing after suture removal,the experimental group using Huoxuezhitongsan limb knee flexion and extension with the active and passive functional exercise; control line active and passive flexion and extension pure functional training, the clinical effect observed in control groups.Results:Shandong TCM Hospital medicine,Huoxuezhitongsan,as a clinical experience based on years of experience summed up by external parties, disperse blood stasis eliminates welling effect.
