| Objective: To observe the internal fixation of proximal humeral locking system(proximal humerus internal locking system: the clinical efficacy of PHILOS) Neerthree-part and four-part proximal humeral fractures.Methods:: Collection of proximal humerus Neer three-part and four part fractures ofthe cases a total of40cases, of which11were male and29females, mean age57.5years(19years old87years old), left for20cases, the right of20cases. According to the Neerclassification criteria, the three-part fractures of26cases, four-part fracture of14cases.Retrospective analysis of the absolute value of Constant-Murley score was used tocompare the efficacy PHILOS in three parts and four parts of the proximal humerusfracture. Constant-Murley absolute scores as follows: out of100points,40points of thescope of activities, major activities and daily life of20minutes, deltoid strength of25points,10minutes of pain. Excellent postoperative total score over90points,80an89aredivided into good,70to79is divided into70points for the poor, excellent, good sum ofthe percentage of excellent and good rate. Results: All40patients were postoperative follow-up. Absolute value ofConstant-Murley score, the internal fixation of proximal humeral locking system (PHILOS)treatment satisfaction rate of90%.Conclusion: The proximal humerus fixed locking system (PHILOS) is a betterinternal fixation for complex, comminuted proximal humerus bone, cut the key to resetPHILOS treatment of early functional exercise is to determine the efficacy. Such treatmentis worthy of clinical application and further research. |
