| Objective: this topic through the observation of elastic intramedullary nail intreatment of long bone fracture of extremities of children, the elastic intramedullary nail intreatment of extremities long bone fracture operation indications and efficacy to makeobjective assessment, in order to better guide clinical practice, so as to further in-depthresearch and clinical application to lay the foundation. Methods: According to the random number table, will be the first screening40cases,divided into2groups,20cases in group A, the application of elastic intramedullary nail forfracture fixation,20cases in group B, application plate for fracture fixation. Each of thefollow-up time for6-10month, two groups at postoperative2weeks X film review, the mainobservation of fracture on the line, callus appeared time, fracture healing time, near thejoint function and incidence of complications, thus the analysis results and the reasonsResults: All patients were followed up for6-10months, two groups in the follow-upperiod all healed, alignment with the well, fracture healing well, no pin tract infection, allhealing or delayed healing or osteomyelitis case, weight-bearing ambulation and activities, children with complete recovery of function. Conclusion: Flexible intramedullary nail fixation for long bone diaphyseal transverselimbs of children, short oblique and spiral fractures, in the treatment of children’s fractureof extremities long bone is superior to the steel plate to be fixed, can effectively shorten thehealing time of the fracture, can protect the epiphysis, does not damage the epiphysealvessels, so that patients can earlier early functional exercise, intramedullary nail pull outconveniently, is simple, minimally invasive, safe, fast postoperative rehabilitation. |
