Optimization Scheme Research On Bell’s Palsy Which Injury Above Stapedius By Acupuncture And Moxibustion

Objective: This subject was focus on the effect observation of Bell’s palsy whichinjury above stapedius. All the cases use hormone treatment, three factors on the impactof Bell’s palsy treatment, acupuncture, moxibustion, electro-acupuncture(EA), to designanalysis the three factors and two levels, analysis of variance to study the interactionbetween the three factors and the interaction between time factors and treatment factorsproposed to affect the Bell’s palsy above the stapedius treatment effect of three factors,the optimal solution to provide a scientific basis for clinical application.Methods: The clinical evaluation of peripheral facial paralysis and efficacy criteria(draft) as the score to the early application of the hormone-based three-factor two-levelfactorial design, acupuncture, moxibustion, electro-acupuncture, the40cases of Bell’spalsy met the inclusion criteria were randomized, were recorded in patients with initial,8,15,22,29,36days of the score.Results:(1) according to the repeated measure analysis of variance, the time factorP<0.01, indicating at least a processing factor of the facial nerve score over time asignificant change; between the A factors and the time factor interaction P<0.01, showsfactors acupuncture facial nerve scores were significant changes over time.Between Cfactor and time factor interaction P <0.01, to deal with factors of electro-acupuncturefacial nerve score significant changes with time; time factors and treatment factorsacupuncture, electro-acupuncture, P <0.01, indicating the time factor with the acupuncture,the interaction between electro-acupuncture treatment factors.(2) factorial designvariance analysis based on facial nerve functional score on the basis of the results offactor A (acupuncture), P<0.01, shows that processing factors acupuncture two levels offacial nerve function score; factor C (EA) P <0.01, indicating factors EA two levels of facial nerve function score; interaction between the A, C, P<0.01, indicating processingfactors acupuncture, there was an interaction between the electro-acupuncture, accordingto ratings and expertise a factor should be a level of C factors should be taken to a levelthat the best treatment options for hormone combined with acupuncture, electro-acupuncture.Conclusion: The time factor, acupuncture, electro-acupuncture factors change overtime score significant difference; acupuncture, electro-acupuncture at the same time theapplication can also change over time ratings were significantly different. Improve facialnerve function score, the factorial design variance analysis, the best treatment options forhormone plus acupuncture, electro-acupuncture. In summary, the treatment of Bell’s palsyabove the stapedius is hormone combined with acupuncture, electro-acupuncture.
