The Clinical Effects Observation On Qi Sickness Syndrome Of Constipation Treated By Liqitiaofu Tuina Therapy

Purpose:To observe the clinical therapeutic result and discuss the effective mechanism of Qi sickness syndrome in constipation treated by Liqitiaofu Tuina therapy.Methods:62cases with constive patients fitting inclusion criteria were randomly chosen and divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group.Each group contained32cases.The treatment group was treated by Tuina therapy,and the control group is done by Folic acid sodium mossa Billy.In order to evaluate the alleviate the degree of the two groups before and after the treatment,constipation syndrome grade list and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome grade list were used.Results:After the treatment,the treatment group got better effect than the control group.The total effective rate was97.0%in the treatment group,while83.0%in the control group,and there is a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Compared the changes of the constipation syndrome grade list and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome grade list,there is a very significant difference (P<0.01)between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusions:Tuina therapy can effectively eliminate the climacteric syndrome in patients.Compared with the medicine therapy,tuina therapy has the superiority liking non-toxic,no side effects,no pain.In addition,tuina therapy can be easily accepted by patients,and it is a treatment worthy popularizing.
