| Background:Breast cancer is the most common malignancy in women. The incidence rate of breast cancer increased significantly recently years, more and more younger are suffered from it. The physical and mental healthy of women are seriously affected by it. It will be a very useful thing if we can find a simple and accurate method for diagnosis of breast cancer, and apply it in breast cancer screening and diagnosis.Objective:(1) To detect the expression of serum AHSG(a2.Heremans-Schmid glycoprotein) antibody, SPAG9(sperm-associated antigen9antibody), CA153,TPS in breast cancer.(2) To seek the priority combination by different combinations of serum AHSG antibody,SPAG9antibody,CA153,and TPS for diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:The expressions of serum AHSG antibody, SPAG9antibody, CA153, TPS in30cases of benign breast diseases and64cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital by enzyme—linked immunosorbent assay from September2010to September2011. We try to seek the priority combination by different combinations of serum AHSG antibody, SPAG9 antibody,CA153,and TPS for diagnosis of breast cancer by Fisher discriminant analysis.Results:The levels of four serum markers in breast cancer respectively was767.01±265.05pg/ml,247.38±90.93pg/ml,28.04±13.30U/ml,235.44±90.59U/L;and benign breast dieases respectively was571.10±145.55pg/ml,159.10±40.33pg/ml,12.78±5.20U/ml,175.55±69.19U/L. The accuracy rates of AHSG antibody, SPAG9antibody,CA153,TPS in breast cancer respectively was60.6%,67.0%,68.1,58.5%;The accuracy rates of AHSG antibody plus SPAG9antibody, AHSG antibody plus CA153, AHSG antibody plus TPS, SPAG9antibody plus CA153, SPAG9antibody plus TPS,CA153plus TPS for diagnosis of breast cancer respectively was77.7%,73.4%,68.1%,85.1%,74.5%,74.5%; AHSG antibody,SPAG9antibody plus CA153, AHSG antibody,CA153plus TPS, AHSG antibody,TPS plus SPAG9antibody, SPAG9antibody,CA153plus TPS respectively was84.0%,75.5%,78.7%,77.7%; the four markers together was74.5%. The detections of different combinations of the four serum markers for diagnosis breast cancer were significantly higher than single marker, and that was85.1%by SPAG9antibody plus CA153(P=0.013), it is the optimal combination of auxiliary diagnosis of breast cancer.Conclusions: (1)The levels of SPAG9antibody, AHSG antibody, CA153,TPS were higher in breast cancer patients than those of benign breast diseases.(2) The detections of different combinations of the four serum markers for diagnosis breast cancer were significantly higher than single marker, and SPAG9antibody plus CA153is the optimal combination of auxiliary diagnosis of breast cancer. |
