| Objective:To explore the relationship between cervical cancer cell proliferation metastasis biological behaviour and gene expression of WISP-1, NGX6, G3BP and TIP30.Material and Methods:Choosing the age25to65years, average age47.38±12.35,who were hospitalized in haikou people’s hospital from2009to2011.30cases were normal cervical tissue (The pathological diagnosis of chronic cervicitis and other no-cancerous tissue are regarded as normal cervical tissue specimens)60cases were cervical squamous cell carcinoma which were divided into metastasis group and no-metastasis group. According to postoperative pathologic diagnosis each group included30cases.all specimens were took living fresh organization and stored in-80℃refrigerator. The real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect the gene expression of WISP-1, NGX6, G3BP and TIP30.Results:1) The expression of WISP-1,G3BP in metastasis group and no-metastasis group were higher than normal cervical group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2) The expression of NGX6,TIP30in metastasis group and no-metastasis group were belower than normal cervical group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).3)The expression of WISP-1,G3BP in metastasis group were higher than no-metastasis group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4) The expression of NGX6,TIP30in metastasis group were belower than no-metastasis group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1)WISP-1gene in the cervical invasive cancer group and normal cervix group was ascending regulation, NGX6gene was descending regulation.WISP-1/NGX6gene system played their roles in cervical cancer cells proliferation through the gene expression regulation and participated cervical cancer occurrence process.2)WISP-1gene in the cervical invasive cancer metastasis group and no-metastasis group was ascending regulation, NGX6gene was descending regulation.WISP-1/NGX6gene system maybe also play a role in the process of cervical cancer cells metastasis.3)G3BP gene in the cervical invasive cancer metastasis group and no-metastasis group was ascending regulation, TIP30gene was descending regulation. G3BP/TIP30gene system influenced the cervical cancer cells metastatic potential through the gene expression regulation and participated cervical cancer invasion development process.4)G3BP gene in the cervical invasive cancer group and normal cervix group was ascending regulation, TIP30gene was descending regulation.G3BP/TIP30maybe also play a role in the process of cervical cancer cells proliferation. |
