Ojective:To evaluate the clinical application value through the analysis of expression differences of VEGF, P53, Ki-67, D2-40between the benign and malignant ovarian tumors..Methods:We collect cases from Yanbian university hospital, including40cases of normal ovarian tissue (normal group),43cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumor tissue (benign group) and68cases of malignant epithelial ovarian tumor (malignant group). Using immunohistochemical to analyze the VEGF, P53, Ki-67, D2-40expression of all cases.Results:The VEGF expression of malignant group was significantly higher than benign and normal group (p<0.01). The VEGF expression of Benign was higher than normal group (p<0.01). The VEGF expression of Ⅲ-Ⅳ are higher than that of Ⅰ-Ⅱ (P<0.05). The VEGF expressions of Ⅲ and IV group have no significant difference (P>0.05). The VEGF expression of Ⅰ and Ⅱ group have no significant difference (P>0.05). EGFR expression of various histological types of groups has no significant difference (P>0.05). The P53expression level of malignant group was significantly higher than benign and normal group (p<0.01). The P53expression of Benign and normal group has no significant difference (P>0.05). The P53expression Ⅲ-Ⅳ level is higher than that of Ⅰ-Ⅱ (P<0.05). The P53expressions of Ⅲ and IV group have no significant difference (P>0.05). The P53expression level of Ⅰ and Ⅱ group have no significant difference (P>0.05). The P53expression level of various histological types of groups has no significant difference (P>0.05).The Ki-67expression of malignant group was significantly higher than benign and normal group(p<0.01). The Ki-67expression of benign was higher than normal group (p<0.05). The Ki-67expression of pathological staging and various histological types of groups has no significant difference (P>0.05).The D2-40expression of malignant group was significantly higher than that in benign and normal group (p<0.05). The D2-40expression benign and normal group has no significant difference (P>0.05). The D2-40expression expressions of Ⅲ and IV group were higher than that of Ⅰ and Ⅱ group (P<0.05). The D2-40expression of Ⅲ and IV group has no significant difference (P>0.05). The D2-40expression of Ⅰ and Ⅱ group has no significant difference (P>0.05). The D2-40expression level of various histological types of groups has no significant difference (P>0.05)Conclusions:The expression of VEGF, P53, Ki-67, and D2-40of malignant ovarian epithelial tumor tissue were higher than epithelial ovarian tumor tissues. The expression level of VEGF, P53, Ki-67, and D2-40increased as the increase of the pathology classification. There was no difference of the expression level of VEGF, P53, Ki-67, and D2-40in all pathology types.
