Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Yang Xin Tongluo Decoction On Dilated Cardiomyopathy

Objective:Clinical observation of dilated cardiomyopathy Yang Xin tongue decoction, and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of it to dilated cardiomyopathy, preliminary exploration its treatment mechanism of an expansionary cardiomyopathy,clinical reference for further experimental studies and large-scale clinical studies.Method:Retrospective statistical study in the period from June2010to December2011in Wuhan City Hospital Department of Cardiology and the clinic of40patients with dilated cardiomyopathy patients,The treatment group divided into conventional treatment control group and serving nourishing the heart Tongluo soup,edication one month,two groups were compared to clinical manifestations, cardiac function,echocardiography indicators (LVDs,LVDd,LVEF) and six minutes walk test before and after the medication of the patients.Result:1.Clinical curative effect:from the clinical curative effect to see,the treatment group healed in2cases,powerfully in3,14effective cases effectiveness and6cases, the total effective rate was76%, and the control group powerfully in1, and effective8cases effectiveness and6cases, effective rate was60%, the curative effect of two more significantly (P<0.05).2After treatment,LVDs by55.2±7.3mm to45.3±7.4mm,the LVDd66.4±6.9mm to55.5±7.5mm,and LVEF increased from32.3±4.2%to52.2±4.7%in the control group after LVDs by55.5±7.5mm to52.3±7.1mm,the LVDd66.6±7.1mm to62.2±7.2mm,and LVEF increased from32.1±4.3%to45.1±4.5%,After treatment,L VDs,the LVDd narrowing (P<0.05) than before treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly increased (P<0.05),and the treatment group than in better efficacy in the control group (P<0.05).3.After treatment,6minutes distance from212.5±42.5m rose to350.7±30.2m in the control group6minutes distance from209.3±45.3m rose to295.3±29.8m,After treatment,walking distance to the prolonged (P<0.05) than before treatment,the treatment group than the control group better (P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy has a good effect on improving the clinical symptos,improving cardiac function and improving the quality of life. its mechanism is:Yang Xin Tongluo Decoction has two functions:strengthening vital qi and eliminating pathogens,replenishing qi and Yin without AIDS tired,huoxuetongluo without injury,it can enhance myocardial blood supply, reduce the burden on the heart,improve immunity,to play supplementing qi and nourishing yi,removing blood stasis and detoxification,to effective prevention and treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy,and it worths to promoting.
