Anluohuaxianwan Capsule Combined With Adefovir Dipivoxil In Treatment Of Hepatitis B Liver Cirrhosis A Clinical Study

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy and the safety of long-term medication in treating chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis with Anluohuaxian pill and Adefovir dipivoxil, explore the mechanism in order to find a way which is reliavle,cheap,safe and promotional to cure the liver cancer in combining the Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Modern Medicine.Methods:The50patients we select are all come from the out-patient and the ward of the Hubei Traditianal Medical Hospital in December2009to June2011.All cases are refer the standard of "Viral hepalitis prevention and control programs" which carried out in2005,and the patients who suffering from chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis conform the treatment standard of both liver and spleen are weak,and stagnant heat mutual junction.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group,25cases,25cases in the control group. Both groups were given adefovir dipivoxil protect the liver and symptomatic conventional treatment on the basis of long-term treatment of10mg/d treatment group in the control group on the basis of jointly taking Anluohuaxian pills6g/times,2times/day,3months a course of treatment for one year.Observed in the course of treatment in patients with clinical symptoms and signs of change, per month to check liver function and blood, in which liver function including alanine aminotransferase (ALT), glutamate aminotransferase (AST), albumin (ALB),total bilirubin (TBiL and); every three months to check HBV-DNA quantification, a full set of six-monthly monitoring of hepatitis B, hepatic fibrosis markers (HA, the PC III, LN, IV-C), and Imaging B super index, combined with clinical practice to analyze the results.Results:1.Two groups of patients after treatment, treatment effects were significant, the treatment group indicators to improve symptoms and liver function, liver fibrosis reduced and B ultrasonic examination results with the control group of comparable statistical significant difference (P<0.05), but insuppression of HBV-DNA replication between the two groups of treatment outcome statistics no significant difference (P>0.05).2.Treatment in both groups before and after treatment the total effective rate:The total efficiency of88%,64%of the total effective efficiency of the control group, the two groups in the total efficiency of the treatment group than the control group.3.Safety test:two groups of patients before and after serum detected no abnormal, adverse reactions and side effects were not found in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:The result of clinical observations shows:Compared with the treatment in using Adefovir dipivoxil only,the effect afer the treatment in using both Anluohuaxian pill and Adefovir dipivoxil is much better:it can protect the liver,against or ease the liver fibrosis or cirrhosis,promote spleen retraction,and improve the efficiency of treatment,at the same time,it can alleviate the pain of patients.Therefore,it is a useful and safe treatment which is worth promoting.
