Gexiazhuyu Decoction Combined Sijunzi Decoction Treatment Of Primary Liver Cancer After Interventional Clinical Observation

Objective:To observed Gexiazhuyu decoction combined sijunzi decoction clinical efficacy in patients with primary liver cancer by hepatic artery chemoembolization (bleeding within the body disease) and its symptom-s to defuse the situation, and with conventional Western medicine treat-ment group be compared, objective evaluation of its efficacy and safety, and provide a richer treatment and reference for clinical practice. Methods:The49cases are from April2010to December2011in Hube i Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital, and outpatient service in hospital liver disease treatment via hepatic arterial chemoembolizatio-n of primary liver cancer (bleeding within the junction) patients. Patients in controlling group are trea-ted with rehydration, and liver protection therapy, Based on the treatme-nt of the control group, the treatment group patients are provided with traditional Chinese medicine to the oral by gexiazhuyu decoction combi-ned sijunzi decoction, observe the two groups for2courses for the cha-nge such as the improvement of alpha-fetoprotein, liver function improv e-ed and two groups of patients with symptoms of mitigation were dete-cted and make a statistically.Results:Through the statistical analysis, in accordance with the evaluatio n-n standard, in the improvement of the lesions, there is no significant difference between the treatment group and control group, P>0.05, but t-he total effective rate in improvement of lesions(34.6%) is significantly higher than the rate(21.7%) in the control group;the treatment group and control group is no significant difference (P>0.05) before treatment,wh-ich were compared, the liver function and alpha-fetoprotein were decree-sed, but the treatment group decline higher than that in the control gro-up, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after two course-s of treatment, two groups of Chinese medicine clinical signs(Chinese medicine symptom total score and clinical evaluation) of improving eval-uation and analysis.Through statistical analysis, there are differences bet-ween the two groups (P<0.05), the treatment group is much better than the control group.Conclusion:gexiahuyu decoction combined zijunzi decoction with conve-ntional western medicine has better effect than merely with conventional western medicine.lt can significantly ease the postoperative complication s, restore liver function and tire protein. It also has certain effect in the improvement of the lesion. It relieves the psychological pressure and b-urden, thus improving survival quality. And the safety is high with basi-cly non-toxic side effect. For primary liver cancer patients after interve-ntional therapy, it is simple and effective, owing clinical application val-ue.
