Objective:To investigate the prognostic factors of patients with the localmuscle-invasive bladder cancer. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical andfollow-up data of133patients with the local muscle-invasive bladder cancer,chose15kinds of the possible prognostic factors: gender, age, nationality, smoking, alcohol dringking, coexisting disease, hydronephrosis, tumor size, multifocality,T stage, lymph node staging, pathological type, histological grade, treatments by Kaplan-Meier method and Logranktest.A multivariate analysis was performed in these patients by the Cox proportionalhazard model. Results: follow-up period from4to114months, the overall survivals at1year,3year, and5year were77%,64%,52%.In univaria: te analysis, T stage, lymph nodestaging, hydronephrosis were found as prognosis factors in survival (P<0.05).Inmultivariate analysis,T stage (RR=2.001, P=0.001), lymph node staging (RR=2.250, P=0.045), hydronephrosis (RR=1.954, P=0.047) were found as prognosis factors insurvival by the Cox proportional hazard model (P<0.05). Conclusions: hydronephrosis,T stage, lymph node staging were prognosis factors of patients with the localmuscle-invasive bladder cancer in survival.
