Objective:This study compared the differences of different concurrentchemoradiotherapy sensitivity-associated serum proteins in intermediate stage andadvanced cervical cancer in uyghur women groups with cervical cancer, lay a foundationfor further determination of the concurrent chemoradiotherapy sensitivity-associatedserum proteins in intermediate stage andadvanced cervical cancer in Uyghur womengroupswith cervical cancer. Methods: The60cases of serum samples are collecting beforethe concurrent chemoradiotherapy in Uyghur women groups with cervical cancer, andafter the concurrent chemoradiotherapy, the seven cases among them, which high sensitivegroup and low sensitive group respectively consist of seven cases, randomly selected bythe blind methods and the WHO criteria of solid tumors, after the pretreatment of serumsamples by a high-abundance protein adsorption column, they are separated andprocessed the data using the Two-dimensional liquid chromatography system(Proteom eLabTM PF-2D).Results: Initially established a good representationand accuracy of serum proteomic differential expression patterns,8differentiallyexpressed protein spots were found, among which there was an obvious difference in5peaks.Conclusion: Differentially expressed proteins that related to high sensitive groupand low sensitive group of concurrent chemoradiotherapy in Uyghur women groups withcervical carcinomaare identified. They may be associated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy sensitivity.
