| Objective: To study the adencarcinoma of gastric esophageal junction celiac lymphnode metastasis characteristics and its influencing factors. Methods: sort and Xinjiangmedical university hospital affiliated tumor abdominal surgery on January1,2006toNovember30,2011line of surgical treatment of148cases of â…¡, â…¢ type gastroesophageal fringe gland cancer case material, using statistical software SPSS17.0chi-square test, and study the abdominal cavity lymph node metastasis characteristics andclinical pathology of the relationship between the parameters. Statistical analysis gastroesophageal fringe adenocarcinoma lymph node metastasis related factors. Results: in allcases of lymph node metastasis rate was30.5%, the lymph node metastasis degrees of14.5%. Gender, nationality, age and gastro esophageal fringe tumor lymph node metastasisirrelevant (P>0.05). Single factor analysis results show: tumor size, tumor vascularinvasion depth, plugs, tissue types, gross type (Bormann) and differentiation degree andgastro esophageal fringe tumor lymph node metastasis have related (P <0.05). And manyfactors of regression analysis: infiltration depth and differentiation degree is a stomachesophagus cancer lymph node metastasis taking independent risk factors (P <0.05).Conclusion: the stomach esophagus cancer patients taking lymph node metastasis andpathological changes of infiltration depth, and the differentiation degree closely related,and low differentiation and of undifferentiated patients greater than the risk of abdominallymph node metastasis of high, medium differentiation of the patients. And in infiltrationdepth, T1, T2and T3stage, and T4in patients with celiac lymph node metastasis of therisk is higher in the trend. Research lymph node metastasis related factors, predict lymphnode metastasis of preoperative risk, and establish the reasonable treatment plan to havethe important meaning. |
