Objective: Understanding of Xinjiang Uygur, han NHL after chemotherapy inpatients with psychological health status, coping style, social support condition ofcondition, and compare the similarities and differences of the two ethnic patients.Explorethe Uygur, Han NHL patients after chemotherapy, mental health and coping style andsocial support in Xinjiang. provide a reference for the psychological care of the Uygur,Han NHL patients treated with chemotherapy in Xinjiang. Method:2011January to2011december using judgment sampling method98NHL patients treated with chemotherapyapplication of general information questionnaire, the Symptom Rating (SCL-90),(MCMQ)and (SSRS) conducted a questionnaire survey in Xinjiang Medical University AffiliatedCancer Hospital. Face to face investigation by trained investigators to study.all data inputSPSS13.0according to the information of the type were descriptive statistics, χ2test and ttest and Repeated measure analysis of variance and correlation analysis. Result: Themental health status of the two nationalities NHL patients treated with chemotherapy ispoor, mental health decreased with the progress of chemotherapy treatment.there aredifferences between the Han and Uygur patients of depression, anxiety situation(P<0.05).psychological status of patients after the third course of two national total score and eachfactor there is no difference(P>0.05). Uighur evasive response during chemotherapyhigher than the Han group, this difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). theUighurs patients support the utilization and social support scores than Han Chinesepatients this difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). SCL-90total score of thetwo nationalities NHL patients treated with chemotherapy, depression, anxiety, fear, andface and avoid a negative correlation(P<0.05), with yield was positively correlated(P<0.05). SCL-90and social support dimensions relate(P﹥0.05). Social support, utilizationof support and face, avoidance were positively correlated(P<0.05), and the yield was negatively associated(P<0.05). Conclusion: Han and Uygur NHL chemotherapy inpatients with more severe psychological symptoms. the face, avoiding the positiveresponse of NHL patients treated with chemotherapy during chemotherapy,yield isnegative coping style. Social support and mental status had no significant correlation, butit is the face and avoid coping style was positively correlated with the yield response tothe way was a negative correlation. Tips, social support can affect patients’ coping styleand the indirect effects of the patient’s mental health. Han patients with depression,anxiety and psychological than Uygur patients; Uighur patients evasive response tosocialsupportand support the use of degree higher than the Han Chinese patients.
