371Cases Of Patients With Pulmonary Tuberculosis Drug Resistance Analysis

Objective: Analysis of371cases in Kashi area of Mycobacterium tuberculosisclinical isolates of serotype distribution of8kinds of anti tuberculosis drug resistance,probe into the area of drug-resistant tuberculosis and bacterial epidemic situation.Methods: To analyzed the results of drug susceptibility testing in317strains MTBisolated from June1,2010to February28,2011.317strains MTB typed using PNB andTCH. The drug susceptibility of all isolates were detected by proportion method among8drugs,including Drug susceptibility test (INH, SM, RFP, EB, OFX, Km, Amk,Cm).Results: Of the371strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates of Mycobacteriumtuberculosis in314cases of people (84.6%), bovine Mycobacterium tuberculosis in55cases (14.8%), NTM in2cases (0.54%). Patients with total drug resistance rate was32.1%,multiple drug resistance rate was5.66%, no extensive initial treatment resistance,resistance rates of30.3%, multiple drug resistance rate was5.51%, resistant rate was33.2%, multiple drug resistance rate of5.75%.8kinds of resistance to any antituberculosisdrug resistance from high to low: INH,RFP,SM,EMB. Conclusion: Mycobacteriumtuberculosis by Mycobacterium tuberculosis is the most common type. The studysuggested that the Xinjiang Kashi area drug resistant tuberculosis incidence is high, shouldpay attention to the status of resistance. The research shows that the8antituberculousdrugs have a certain degree of resistance, anti tuberculosis drug resistance rate in the topthree were metachronous smoke, rifampicin, streptomycin umbilical. Gender, patients ofall ages with resistance rates vary, but the difference was not statistically significant.
