| Objective:To investigate the rule of serum thyroid hormones levels in patients withunstable angina and acute myocardial infarction, old myocardial infarction. Methods:170cases of coronary heart disease patients as case group and divided into threesubgroups, including acute myocardial infarction (AMI) of52patients, old myocardialinfarction (OMI) of50patients,68patients with unstable angina (UA), as well as71controls. Results:In patients with AMI, compared with the control group, the serum totaltriiodothyronine (TT3) was significantly decreased (P <0.01), the serum free thyroxine(FT3) was significantly decreased (P <0.01), the serum total thyroxine (TT4), freethyroxine (FT4) levels were also lower, but there was no significant difference (P>0.05).UA group, compared with the control group, the serum FT3was significantly decreased (P<0.05), OMI group, compared with the control group, the serum of TT3, FT3, TT4andFT4level were not significant difference (P>0.05). Three subgroups compare in single, double and multi-vessel disease, the serum of TT3and FT3showed a decreasing trend.AMI in multivessel disease, compared with UA,the serum FT3was significantlydecreased (P <0.05).compared with OMI, the serum FT3was significantly decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion:In patients with acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina andcoronary artery disease, the serum TT3ã€FT3levels were decreased, the ill serious thesignificantly decreased more obvious. |
