Objecttive:To discusses the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease through testing the change of expression of plasma macrophages scavenger receptor SRBI and CD36of the end-stage liver disease (ESLD) patients before and after liver transplantation and the traditional risk factors blood fat, blood sugar level for cardiovascular disease. And through the preoperative and postoperative comparison of the traditional risk factors for cardiovascular disease in patients with end-stage liver disease (ESLD) before liver transplantation. So as to pursue possible way to prolong the Long-term survival of patients with liver transplantation.Methods:Totally20patients received liver transplantation in the first center hospital of Tianjin organ transplant center during Jan2010and Mar2012, who excluded coronary heart disease after the biochemical examination, the sternum, electrocardiogram, echocardiography coronary CT examination, and with normal kidney fuction. All the patients’clinical data was recorded as follows, such as gender, age, smoking, CAD family history, diabetes family history, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, uric acid, fasting plasma glucose, etc. testing the change of expression of plasma macrophages scavenger receptor SRBI and CD36at1year after liver transplantation with that before the transplantation With polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Statistic method:Analyze the data used the statistic software SPSS17.0. Chi square test were used to compare numeration data between two groups. Scale data were expressed with mean±sd, followed T test was used to compare scale data between groups. P<0.05was considered to be statistic significance. Results:The expression of plasma macrophages scavenger receptor SRBI is reduced at1year after liver transplantation compare with that before the transplantation, while the expression of plasma macrophages scavenger receptor CD36is rising. At least one cardiovascular risk factor developed in92%of patients. Treated hypertension, observed in70%of the patients at1years, the prevalence rate of hyperlipemia was65%, while the incidence of Impaired Glucose Tolerance (IGT), diabetes, overweight and obesity were3%,30%,45%and40%respectively. Conclusion:1、The expression of plasma macrophages scavenger receptor SRBI is reduced after liver transplantation compare with that before the transplantation, SRBI is the protective factor of atherosclerosis, has the remarkable role on resistance to atherosclerosis. The expression of plasma macrophages scavenger receptor CD36is rising after liver transplantation compare with that before the transplantation,it is the SR of the macrophages surface, which mainly identificates and swallows the oxidation low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL), its a important role is involved in the form of atherosclerosis (AS).3、The level of TC, TG and LDL-C are rising significantly after liver transplantation, while the HDL-c level is reduced significantly, and prove that dyslipidemia is happened after livertransplantation.4、The incidence of new-onset diabetes is improved significantly, its mechanism may be related to the immunosuppressive therapies after liver transplantation.
