| ObjectiveAnalyzing the significance of serum IgG4in IMN diagnosis and differential diagnosis, and exploring the characteristics of Chinese Medicine Symptom on MN.MethodsThe serum IgG4concentration of the10normal persons and MN (21IMN and7SMN)were detected, which the results was prospective analyzed.The nomal had been excluded the research indicators of disease or factors affected, and the MN had been diagnosed by clinical index and renal biopsy, and the serum of the MN patients was collected. The MN patients was divided to tow groups as Qi yin liang xu and spleen kidney yang(gas) xu according to the TCM dialectical types, and the TCM symptoms analysised.Results1. The serum IgG4levelof IMN patients was significantly higher than the SMNs’and normals’,(P<0.01); but the SMN and normal groups was not significant different(P>0.05).2. The deficiency of spleen and kidney yang (gas) was the main TCM syndrome type in the MN.Conclusion1. Serum IgG4would be likely to one useful index to identify IMN with SMN.2. The deficiency of spleen and kidney yang (gas) was the main Syndrome types, as consistent with the edema, proteinuria of clinical manifestations. |
