| In this study,anesthesia induced with propofol(5mg/kg),isoflurane was maintained by intravenous injection of lidocaine(4mg/kg) and lidocaine(4mg/kg) combined with fentanyl(0.003mg/kg) in dogs.observed the anesthetic effect,cardio-pulmonary,blood gas,ECG,EEG,et al and studied plasma lidocaine pharmacokinetics dynamics in dogs.The experiment was divided into three groups,lidocaine group(group L), lidocaine-isoflurane group (group YL), lidocaine-fentanyl-isoflurane group (group YLF).The respiratory and circulatory systems monitoring results showed that,the heart rate,blood pressure and body temperature of the lidocaine group and the lidocaine-fentanyl group showed a downward trend as the extension of the duration of anesthesia,but heart rate,blood pressure dropped to a certain extent,keeping steady state,there were not significantly than before injection Omin.Only systolic blood pressure was significantly.The monitoring of body temperature difference after injection60min is very significant than before injection Omin about lidocaine-fentanyl group.Anesthesia and recovery monitoring results showed that1.47%isoflurane was to1minimum alveolar concentration in anesthetized dogs.The effect of analgesic about lidocaine-fentanyl group was better than the lidocaine group.Anesthesia process was relatively stable,was not observed the excitement and struggle phenomenon.The lidocaine group and lidocaine-fentanyl group to restore a central location in the eye.sedation recovery, and the first rise head were significant difference in the time,abecause of fat-soluble high with fentanyl,slowed to wake up.The blood gas monitoring results showed that lidocaine-fentanyl group were more acidic than the lidocaine group in this experiment,the pH after10min was statistically significan lower than Omin.may be due to fentanyl respiratory depression about the animals.The EEG monitoring results showed that under isoflurane anesthesia maintained,the EEG wave, that intravenous injection of lidocaine,Iidocaine-fentanyl were by high-frequency low-amplitude alpha to high-amplitude δ in the low frequency of sleep changed.Waked period,the wave were changed in the opposite direction.but the wake time was longer in the lidocaine-fentanyl group.,The pharmacokinetic of the plasma lidocaine results indicate was better among2-100μg/ml linear range,the minimum detection limited was1.5μg/ml,recovery,precision were within the allowable range;injection the in vivo pharmacokinetics of group L and group YLF were the two-compartment model.group YL was one-compartment model in dogs.group L T1/2a:2.69min, T1/2β:38.13min;group YL T1/2:23.23min;group YLF T1/2a:15.97min T1/2β:6.29min.The experimental results showed that the effect of anesthesia about intravenous injection of lidocaine in dogs was better,to achieve level depth of sedation surgical anesthesia,the effect of analgesic was good,but had struggle reaction sometimes; the effect about intravenous injection of lidocaine and fentanyl mixtureanesthetic in dogs was the best,to achieve level depth of surgical anesthesia,sedation and analgesic effect was good,but the waken time was longer slightly.Experimental results showed that the lidocaine used had effect of analgesic,in conjunction with fentanyl,the effect does. |
