| Objective:Through the use of traditional Chinese medicine practices on the entire complex dislocation of ankle fracture reduction and fixation of minimally invasive methods of research, clinical explore a less invasive, simple, effective and reliable, affordable method of treatment of ankle fracture-dislocation.Methods:Retrospective analysis of60cases met the inclusion criteria of ankle fracture-dislocation of the cases, all cases were based on Lauge-Hansen classification standards are divided into two groups, namely the use of traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting techniques combined with percutaneous fixation of the experimental group of30patients and the use of surgical open reduction and internal fixation of30patients. Postoperative follow-up of all patients on a regular basis, through regular X-ray observation of fracture healing time and with reference to Baird-Jackson (1987) limb ankle scoring system for assessment of efficacy respectively, the data for the two groups were statistically analysis. Results:All patients were followed and observed, up from4to15months, an average of11months. All the cases were not there eye of a needle or crossing limb infection, skin necrosis, nonunion cases. The average healing time of fractures in the experimental group were lower than the control group, statistically significant (P<0.05); limb ankle function score good rate of treatment the experimental group than the control group, there are statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Two methods compared to closed reduction and percutaneous fixation is effective treatment of complex ankle fracture, with a strong clinical feasibility of a method with a simple operation, trauma, reset the high success rate, fixed and reliable recovery of joint function well, fewer complications of treatment. |
