| Objective The methods of diagnosis and treatment of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrheaare diverse, this artcle retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of84cases, summedup the diagnosis and treatment experience of CFR.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical and track follow-up data of84casesin Huazhong University of Science and Technology of Tongji Medical College ofUnion Hospital of neurosurgery and ENT from May2008to September2011.Results30patients underwent head MRI scan (3.0T) and water imaging,28casesof clear drain location, the accuracy was93.33%;20cases of patients with headLusan Wei and high-resolution thin-section CT examination (thickness0.75mm)18cases of clear drain position, the accuracy was90.00%.64cases were admitted to theneurosurgery,27cases to the craniotomy,24cases were the first surgical repairsuccessfully, the success was88.89%,3cases of postoperative recurrence, the secondcraniotomy to repair and all were cured. ENT admitted20cases,9cases to thetransnasal endoscopic repair, all were once repaired, the success was100.00%. Allpatients were followed up for6months to4years,81patients were cured,1casepatient whose condition was complex witched to a Beijin hospital,1case patientcombined with critical illness and gave up,1case patient required to reverse to local hospital during treatment and discharged automatically.Conclusion CFR in this group with clinical data and statistical analysis of resultsare similar to most of the reported results at home and abroad, so that it is objectivity,the results are reliable in accordance with this group of statistical data. |
